Generally, these homes offer a three-car garage, with at least three- to four-bedrooms and three-baths. Priced mostly starting from the low $200,000s, you may also find some more spacious homes priced in the mid $300,000s. Expect to find such desirable extras as a center island in the kitchen, dual ovens and oversized walk-in closets.
