All activities are by appointment only until further notice.

All first time visitors are required to participate in First Time Visitor Orientation (FTVO) covering all gym rules, necessary climbing gear demonstrations, and how to avoid injury in the climbing gym. Bookings can be made on their website or by calling the gym to inquire about short notice availability.

Weather can dictate the outdoor fun at Mahoney, but there is year-round recreation at the Activity Center. The Activity Center hosts a large indoor playground with fun tubes, slides, net bridges and ball pit. Parents can either join in the fun or sit and relax while enjoying food and beverages from the on-site concession.

Aside from the indoor playground in the nature center, kids can also enjoy Mud Pies – a program for kids where each week, a natural science topic is explored through station-based activities, free play, and a guided walk(weather permitting).

Go! Kids’ Gym offers Open Play Monday-Saturday. Open to the public and children from ages 0 to 8 years old can come and enjoy what the gym has to offer! A few favorites at the gym are in ground trampoline, in ground foam pit with rings to swing in, and a large tree house climber. There are lots of other toys and activities that they offer such as ride on toys, teeter totters, bounce on toys, and a whole lot more.

Jumpin’ Jax Bounce & Party Center offers open bounce sessions during the evening and daytimes. You can pay by the session or save money and purchase punch cards and come as often as you wish. Discounts are available for Child Care centers and Preschools. Food and beverages can’t be brought in on open bounce sessions so eat before your come. A release/waiver needs to be filled out by all participants.

Open Gym (currently suspended due to Covid-19) is open to the public and is designed for parents with children 6 years old or younger. Children 7 yrs. or older (or an OGA students) will not be permitted to enter into the gym area. However they are welcomed to view from the lobby area. Great for parents with preschool-aged or home-schooled children. A staff person is on duty, however, parents are responsible for actively supervising their children. There is a maximum entry of 3 children per adult. All patrons entering the gym area will be required to pay the entry fee whether participating or just observing.
