Luckily for all of us who call Omaha our “homaha”, there are tons of independent small businesses that make unique gifting a breeze. Read on for ten of our team’s favorite small shops in Omaha and beyond.

This Old Market chocolate shop offers almost too pretty to eat morsels along with locally-sourced honey and other specialties. Their top seller lately? The internet famous hot cocoa bombs, which can be picked up locally or shipped nationwide. Stop into Chocolat Abeille for all of your elevated sweets needs!

All Local Favorite: Made in Omaha

With two convenient locations, Made in Omaha is exactly what it sounds like: a hip marketplace of goods produced by over 80 local artisans and companies. Consider a visit to the original location in Countryside Village, or stop into the new iteration downtown. Some well-known names you might recognize in the shop that make some great gift options are Pleasant Avenue Paper, Julia Mason Art, earthenJOY jewelry, Artemis Tea, Benson Soap Mill, Wax Buffalo candles and so many more.

For the plant-lover and beyond, consider a visit to Little Bohemia’s standout shop, The Green House.
