According to new data released by the Great Plains Regional MLS for November 2019, the Omaha area real estate market is still very strong.

Average Sold Price: $225,092 (Up 2.8% from November 2018) Homes Sold: 978 (Up 1.7% from November 2018) New Listings: 1,150 (Down 9% from November 2018) Pending Listings: 932 (Up 3.7% from November 2018) Days on the Market: 20 Days (Down 4.8% from November 2018)
