Great Pepperwood location. Lots of updates to the physical plant. New Lennox hi efficiency furnace and humidifier in 2022. New WH '20 or '21. Age of AC unknown but looks newer. New windows on 2nd floor in '22. New patio door and front storm door '22. Lots of cosmetic changes were started, but seller's husband became ill and unable to finish. All ceiling damage from leakage has been repaired but cosmetically not addressed. Bedrooms are good size. Large kitchen bayed area makes great place for breakfast and morning coffee.
