This attractive neighborhood also capitalizes on its unique surroundings, with walking trails and a nature area. As well, the neighborhood sits not far from the popular Eagle Hills Golf Course.

The designs of Portal Ridge range from ranch to two-story, built around the mid to late 2000s, with some homes constructed in more recent years. Most homes within the neighborhood offer three to five bedrooms, up to three baths, and a three-car garage. New buyers can expect open floor plans with plenty of upgrades, from quartz and granite countertops in the kitchens and baths to hardwood flooring and stainless steel appliances. Meanwhile, other homes offer a walk-in pantry, upgraded cabinetry, and a kitchen island. As well, many homes include a finished lower level with room for extra living, storage, and entertainment.
