The designs of Portal Ridge range from ranch to two-story, built around the mid to late 2000s, with some homes constructed in more recent years. Most homes within the neighborhood offer three to five bedrooms, up to three baths, and a three-car garage. New buyers can expect open floor plans with plenty of upgrades, from quartz and granite countertops in the kitchens and baths to hardwood flooring and stainless steel appliances.
