While it’s possible to find an attached townhome or single-family home in the neighborhood, options at this price point may be in need of updates. There are also more modern designs in the neighborhood. It’s also common to find three bedrooms, three baths, and a two-car garage.

You may also find some lower-level walkouts in the neighborhood, providing the advantage of bonus space. While some attached homes contain around 1,400 square feet of living space, it’s also possible to find homes with upwards of 3,500 square feet.
