Ryan Renner - Omaha Real Estate Agent
I’ve been a real estate agent in Omaha for over 10 years. I’m a native of West Point, Nebraska, and
moved to Omaha to attend the University of Nebraska - Omaha. I've called Omaha home ever
since.
You can reach me via cell 402-321-4578 or ryan.renner@omahahomesforsale.com.

Are We a Good Fit?
If you're looking for a pushy, aggressive real estate agent, I'm not your guy. I'm not here to sell you a home. I'm here to guide you during one of the biggest financial decisions of your life.
Words you will never hear from me:
- “You need to buy this house."
- "You'd be crazy not to write an offer on this house."
- "Opportunities like this never come around."
- "This house is perfect for you."
Words you might hear from me:
- “I don't have a good feeling about this house."
- "This house just doesn't seem right."
- "I wouldn't buy this house."
My wife thinks I need to be more opinionated, but the clients I've worked with love my approach. I
firmly believe there is ALWAYS another house.
My Promise to You
I take confidentiality
very seriously. I don't reveal anything about my clients (that's why you don't see many photos online with me
and my clients).
Moving to Omaha? That's My Speciality
I specialize in helping people move to Omaha. In fact, I created OmahaGuide.com to provide
comprehensive information about what it's like to live in Omaha and what there is to do here.
Because I work with a lot of out-of-towers, I’m very experienced at doing remote video tours.
Over the past few years, over 30% of my clients wrote an offer without ever stepping foot in the house.
Do I recommend this, no. But sometimes, this is the only option.
Some clients I never met in person until AFTER they had closed on the home. It sounds crazy, but it happens more than you think.
And I haven’t had an unhappy client (fingers crossed).
I’ll walk through the house and narrate what I see and what I notice. If I smell something strange (dog, cat, smoke, etc), I will let you know. If I see something concerning, I’ll let you know.

My Experience
I don’t like to toot my own horn, but some people want to make sure I know what I’m doing (and
wasn’t licensed yesterday).
Here are some stats to highlight my experience.
-10 Years as a Real Estate Agent
- 200+ Transactions
- $75+ million in sales
- 5.0 Stars (22 Reviews) - Zillow
It doesn’t matter how many homes I’ve helped buy or sell. What matters is YOU and your needs.
