Hickory Hill Neighborhood - Papillion, Nebraska

The homes of Hickory Hill were built around the early 1980s to the mid-2000s. Many homes come in ranch, tri-level, split-entry, or two-story floor plans—generally, the homes of this neighborhood supply three to four bedrooms and usually three baths. New and prospective homebuyers can expect high ceilings with new and modern upgrades, including granite countertops and upscale appliances. In addition, some homes offer finished basements within the neighborhood, large covered patios or decks, and fully fenced-in and landscaped yards. Other upgrades include some hardwood floors, a center island in the kitchen of some of the homes, and spacious, open floor plans.
