This suburban neighborhood is close to major roadways yet peacefully at home within a quiet community. With many established homes and mature landscaping, the neighborhood is prime for new buyers. As well, it remains just a short distance away from many of the opportunities available throughout the Omaha region.

Priced mostly from the mid $100,000s to the high $200,000s, the homes of Hickory Hill were built around the early 1980s to the mid-2000s. Many homes come in ranch, tri-level, split-entry, or two-story floor plans. Generally, the homes of this neighborhood supply three- to four-bedrooms and usually three-baths. New and prospective homebuyers can expect to find high ceilings with some new and modern upgrades, including granite countertops and upscale appliances.
