The villas within the neighborhood were mostly constructed around the early 2000s. Starting at two bedrooms and two baths, and from around 1,400 square feet in size to 2,800 square feet, the villas within Southwind offer the enjoyment of a maintenance-free lifestyle. With a two-car garage, some of the ranch-style villas included vaulted ceilings with finished basements and even some walkouts. As well some have been recently updated to include features such as granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Owners of the villas are responsible for an average monthly assessment of around $150-$175. That fee helps with snow removal, lawn care, and exterior maintenance needs of the community.

Meanwhile, single-family homes can go up to ¼-acre lots, or even larger. Some of these homes offer more than 4,000 square feet of living space, with ranch and two-story floor plans. It’s common to find up to six bedroom homes with up to five baths. Owners of single-family homes are responsible for an average annual assessment fee of around $100-$125 to cover common area maintenance needs of the community.
