Most of the homes within Palisades offer two- to five-bedrooms, plus up to four-bathrooms. Constructed mostly around the mid to late 2000s, each home within the neighborhood also includes at least a two-car garage, with some homes offering additional room and storage. Some homes also offer up to ¼-acre lots or more, providing plenty of privacy in this semi-rural location in the Omaha metro. Some residences also offer the ease of a walkout basement, providing even more storage space and additional space for living and entertaining guests and family.

With home styles ranging from ranch to 1.5-story, split-entry, and two-story floor plans, the homes of Palisades generally include between 1,200 square feet to around 4,000 square feet of living space. Some homes additionally offer the enjoyment of even more outdoor living space as they back to a neighborhood pond and include covered patios and some professionally landscaped yards.
