Coupled with a prime location just off 680, the neighborhood offers an easy commute around the rest of the Omaha region. The traditional-style homes also supply up to ¼-acre lots, with plenty of room to enjoy outdoor and indoor living space.

Avalon supplies homes in two-story, ranch, split-entry, and multi-level designs, while mostly ranch and two-story homes exist within Avalon North. The homes generally have three to five bedrooms and two to four baths, including a two-car garage. It’s common to find large, comfortable rooms and living space with the flexibility for a home office, or an extra bedroom. Complimented by some fenced-in backyards, large decks, and finished basements, the neighborhoods provide plenty of room to enjoy entertaining friends and families within this desirable community.

While the homes of Avalon commonly include around 1,400 square feet to upwards of 2,000 square feet, most in Avalon North supply 1,500 to upwards of 3,000 square feet of living space. Built up around the mid-2000s, residents of the Northwest Omaha neighborhoods are responsible for paying a small, average assessment fee of around $70 per year.
