This Celebrity Homes community is not far from area retailers making it easy and comfortable to live in the area. Meanwhile, neighbors are close to various lakes and golf courses, allowing for plentiful outdoor recreation.

The neighborhood offers many homes with three-bedrooms and commonly two to three baths, along with a two or three car garage. Commonly the homes come in split-entry, multi-level or tri-level floor plans, with an occasional two-story home. Built up around the late 2000s, the neighborhood of Glenmoor provides homes with plenty of room for living and entertaining space, some of which include fully fenced-in yards and private decks. As well it's common to find basements that provide even more living and storage room for residents within the community. Expect to find such common features as energy-efficient designs throughout.

With homes ranging from a cozy 1,000 square feet to more than 1,400 square feet, the homes are ideal for families. An annual assessment fee of around $100 to $125 per home is used for common area maintenance needs of the community of Glenmoor.
