While remaining just a half-hour drive from Downtown Omaha, Westin Hills also sits close to a golf course and just minutes away from area schools. As well, the homes also sit close to various options in outdoor recreation, shopping and other luxuries.

Most of the homes in Westin Hills were built between 1998 and 2007 by Celebrity Homes.

They offer townhomes that has two bedrooms and two baths. Options, however, extend to ranch-style floor plans, plus multi-level and split entry designs. You’ll also find some villas and two-story homes within the neighborhood, with some of the largest single-family floor plans allowing for up to four-bedrooms and three-baths, along with a two-car garage.

Most of the townhomes of this community offer at least 1,100 square feet of living space, with some of the largest single-family floor plans commanding up to 3,000 square feet of space. In addition, the mostly quarter-acre lots allow for some walkout basements in some of the single-family designs, providing plenty of space for outdoor living and entertaining. Owners of the townhomes pay a monthly assessment fee of around $120, funding things like snow removal, common area maintenance needs and lawn care.
