The homes of this neighborhood commonly come in multi-level, tri-level, and split-entry floor plans, but the area also allows for some two-story, ranch, and raised ranch designs. The majority of the time, the homes offer at least three bedrooms and three baths. While some homes are nicely maintained, others are already updated with such new additions as stainless steel appliances and desirable hardwood floors.

It’s common to find homes with at least 1,300 square feet of living space and the privacy of up to ¼-acre lots. You’ll also find some larger homes with more than 3,000 square feet of living space. Built around the public Knolls Golf Course, the neighborhood is also conveniently close to area schools and not far from local grocery stores, parks, and major retailers.
