Spring has officially arrived in Omaha, and so has one of the most awaited events of the season — the 2025 Spring Parade of Homes! Organized by the Metro Omaha Builders Association (MOBA) and Build Omaha, this event offers a fantastic opportunity for homebuyers, design enthusiasts, and people looking to explore the latest trends in home construction.
Event Details
During the weekends of March 29-30 and April 5-6, visitors can tour 61 stunning new homes within 43 beautiful neighborhoods around Omaha. There’s something for everyone, with homes priced between $280,000 and $2 million.
Admission to the event is free. Each day, the Parade runs from noon to 4 PM.
