More about Chapel Hill

With a unique blend of homes constructed in the mid-1970s to early 1990s, the Chapel Hill neighborhood offers a number of different floor plans to choose from.  With fully landscaped yards, this established neighborhood also includes mature tree-lined streets, and some homes include their own private swimming pools in the backyards and entertaining spaces such as hot tubs and outdoor kitchens.  This suburban community of homes provides an escape from the larger city life, comfortably close to everything, yet peacefully at home within a more rural setting for prospective homebuyers.

The homes vary from ranch to two-story and even multi-level residences. The mostly three and four bedroom homes also include up to three baths and between 1,300 square feet and 2,500 square feet of living space.  While some of the older homes in the neighborhood have been recently remodeled or updated, others maintain plenty of potential to develop into a home to meet your needs.
