More about Banyan Hills

With views overlooking the Pacific Springs Golf Course, the open floor plan homes of Banyan Hills include vaulted ceilings and fully landscaped exteriors, including some covered patios, decks, and fenced-in yards. The community operates an active neighborhood watch program.

The 185 homes of Banyan Hills average 1,500 to 3,500 square feet of living space. The homes come in ranch, 1.5 story, and two-story designs with up to a three-car, attached garage.  With between two to four bedrooms and two to four baths, the homes were primarily constructed in the mid to late 1990s, though some have been recently updated with new features and finishes.  As well, the homes feature an excess of natural light within, along with spacious rooms and extras throughout.  The neighborhood also includes an annual assessment for homeowners, averaging $50 to $60 that pays for community common area maintenance.
