Additional options throughout the neighborhood extend to some 1.5-story and two-story floor plans. New buyers can expect to find open floor plans, including newer updates such as flooring, paint, and some remodeled kitchens and baths. As well, it’s common to find such extras as balconies, decks, and even some vaulted ceilings.

While the villas usually command around 2,500 square feet of living space, some of the largest homes within Skyline Woods offer upwards of 5,000 square feet.
