While the villas usually command around 2,500 square feet of living space, some of the largest homes within Skyline Woods offer upwards of 5,000 square feet of living space. Owners of the villas are responsible for a quarterly assessment fee of around $250. This helps to fund things such as common area maintenance, snow removal and lawn care. Meanwhile, some of the larger single-family homes are responsible for an annual assessment of around $50, also to fund common area maintenance needs.
