The Grove is in Elkhorn and lies within the boundaries of the Elkhorn Public Schools.
Built starting in the 2000s to more recent years, these newer construction homes offer a delightful range of possibilities. A majority of homes with The Grove include three to five bedrooms, with up to four baths. In addition, there are also villas, which commonly include at least two bedrooms and two baths. Some villas offer around 1,400 to 1,600 square feet of living space.
Some of the single-family homes offer upwards of 3,600 square feet of living space with some custom built-ins. Expect to find such quality upgrades in the homes as granite countertops and hardwood flooring, along with open floor plans.
