The company offers six different ranch-style home plans, three different 2-story homes, and a 1.5 story home.

The Florence is a two-story home with 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3-car garage spanning 2645 sq. ft. You can also check out The Florence II which is a little smaller.

The Benson is a ranch-style home with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 3-car garage covering 3032 sq. ft.

The Dundee is another ranch-style home with 6 bedrooms, 3 baths, and a 4-car garage covering 3498 sq. ft.

Other ranch floor plans include The Midtown, The Skyline, The Aksarben, and The Blackstone.

The Florence II, The Blackstone, The Aksarben, and The Keystone, each with unique features and specifications.
