In 2023, Hildy Homes built 69 homes in Douglas and Sarpy County. That makes them the 5th largest builder in the Omaha area (by number of homes)

Hildy Homes was founded in 2000 and builds in many locations throughout eastern Nebraska. They usually have plenty of spec homes ready for immediate closing and occupancy.
