Ramm Construction provides a one-year warranty from the date of closing managed by Prohome of Nebraska. Included in the warranty are a new home orientation, a 30-day, and 11-month walk through. Individual manufacturers warranties may exceed this time frame. In addition, Jerry’s Waterproofing provides a 10-year warranty.
